On Sight and the Piercing Gaze
By Shelbi Hardman-Crane
Considering recent results from the BFR 6.W exploratory (source defined) one must grapple with the very real possibly that seeing with the eyes may not define the totality of seeing as we know it. Subjects, when tested, displayed significant prescience beyond traditional three-dimensional perception. Deja vu, when referenced, materialized as recurring loops or echoes for the most sensitive subjects. Analysis of video capture revealed micro-expressions at the moment of memory event similar to hypnotic trance or the “piercing gaze” (as first discovered during the BFR 3.W exploratory.) Team counter-arguments (as required by BFR since its inception) claim that the “piercing gaze” at the moment of Deja vu is simple pattern recognition, nothing more. Within the results, however, lies an exciting thread of possibility, that these loops (or echoes) speak directly to the soul and are simply triggered by the sight of the eyes. Further study of course is needed, and will be conducted during BFR 6.Wb.
